We design as per IS:11171 &IEC:60726 standards. By the software we can predict how the transformer will behave under electromechanical stresses, short circuits and overloads. The designs are so chosen that the total cost including material, maintenance and the energy cost due to no load and load losses are minimum. Casting process :
Casting is an important & major process in the Cast Resin Transformers. Before casting selection of quality input raw materials [Resin, Hardener, Silica] & additives [Flexibilizer, Accelerator & Colour] is also critical. The mould assembly along with completed windings is first placed in the pre-heating oven and then into casting chamber. Place the mould in the casting chamber such that the mixture from Static mixer pump flows into the runner without any spillages. After determined process completion, now place the complete cast component in the post heating oven. Complete casting process done in vacuum.

Tap Leads Arrangement :
Transformers across the world have been specified to a certain voltage level depending on the location they are in. But it is very rare that the input voltage fed to the transformer is exactly as specified. This might cause irregular load on the windings inside and create frequent disruptions in the working of the transformer. To combat this, the tap leads arrangement is being efficiently used. Tap Leads are designed across the axial length of the winding so that during short circuit the forces will be distributed equally across the winding.
